Dr. Suber Huang formed SH Creative Arts, LLC in 2020 to showcase his work in the visual arts.  His photographic work spans 30 years and he is Co-Founder and Executive Producer of the Future Vision Foundation, a non-profit organization whose mission is to inspire and celebrate breakthroughs in vision research through powerful documentaries of discovery, impact, and hope. He has been selected as a featured artist and his photography work will exhibit at the prestigious New York Foundation of the Arts from September-December 2021.  As a surgeon-scientist and inductee to the Retina Hall of Fame, his work focuses on innovation in treatment of blinding retina diseases.  “Combining the art of vision and the science of sight has been a special privilege.  I am fascinated by the magic of light, color, and how our most important sense allows us to enjoy the fullness of life.”

Ana Schedler is the Principal and Creative Director for Schedler Brennen Design and Consulting in Chicago. With over 2 decades in the field, her design work is wonderfully clean, sophisticated, and articulate.  She works in a broad range of media for associations and cultural institutions including The Chicago Cultural Center, The Italian Cultural Institute, and the American Society of Retina Specialists, among many others. Her work has been recognized by Print magazine, HOW magazine, Brand Design 50, Photo Design Magazine, and Communication Arts. We are proud to feature her first collection, “Seasons” which captures iconic images of the year.  Over a century ago, Japanese ophthalmologist, Shinobu Ishihara, developed the gold standard for color vision testing. Inspired by his hand painted watercolors, this collection tickles the imagination and savors the richness of nature’s palette.

Jessica Pietropinto is the Executive Director of the Future Vision Foundation and the Administrator for the Retina Center of Ohio.  Jessica has a degree in fashion design, marketing and a life long love of ballet and the arts. “I am excited to use my creative talents to help benefit the Future Vision Foundation.  I consider sight to be our most treasured sense and proud that our work helps fund research, tells inspirational stories of new discoveries, and inspires young scientists to seek cures to help people see.”
